Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

Free shipping on all US orders over $75. 

Processing time: 

1-3 days excluding weekends and holidays. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. (PST) will be processed the next business day. 

We try to keep our inventory status as current as possible, but in some cases we may be out of stock of your item. If that is the case, we will notify you by email. 

Expedited Shipping

Customers purchasing expedited shipping such as Priority Mail 1 day or 2 days, must note that processing times still exclude weekends and holidays.  

If you require a shipment to arrive by a certain date, please notate that on your comments section during checkout. Please choose the appropriate shipping option to guarantee your shipment, if necessary. Although the postal service estimates delivery dates, they are not guaranteed, but a notation will help us ensure you get your package by when you need it. 

Orders that qualify for free shipping are not guaranteed expedeted priority shipping. However, we will try to accomodate as best as we can. 

Transit Time:

All shipments are charged based on weight and customers can chose which type of shipment they prefer. 

Domestic First Class Mail: 2 - 7 days

Domestic Priority Mail: 1 - 3 days

International First Class Mail: 7 - 21 days (excluding customs inspections)

International Priority Mail: 5 - 14 days (excluding customs inspections)

We cannot be liable for all and any international import duties and taxes, if they occur.

Claims:

If your order is trackable and shows delivery, Mk Beauty Club is not liable. Please notate on your order if you do not want the package to be left on your doorstep. We will contact you to ship your package out a different way.

Returns

All damages and claims must be notified within 3 days of receipt. 

We will accept all returns (EXCEPT NAIL POLISH OR GEL POLISH) within 14 days of purchase.  items must not have been opened nor used. Unfortunately, shipping charges cannot be refunded on any refunds or exchanges.
